Hello, friends!

This week’s been really busy. I’ll have to keep this week’s email pretty darn short to stay on schedule today.

The Isabella Rosselini film retrospective begins this weekend at the Walker. Believe it or not, she has done other things besides Blue Velvet. Check it out.

I’ll be in Nokomis and Linden Hills this week. Very different properties, but both are good buys (and affordable, really) in their respective areas. I’ll also be revisiting the awesome Arts & Crafts home in Tangletown. If you didn’t get a chance to see it a few weeks ago, I really recommend checking it out, even if just to appreciate the 1916 craftsmanship. And I always like company.
