A little about me
A little background…
I’ve been working as a residential interior designer in the Twin Cities for the last 6 years. I run my own company, Strong Real Estate & Design, Inc.. Through the years, I’ve designed remodels for older homes (oh, so many bungalow kitchens), and designed and decorated new homes, including Parade of Homes models.
The design experience really helps when it comes time to sell your own home, or estimate costs for updating a potential purchase. I will help you determine what you can do, and what needs to be outsourced. I’m one for practicing what I preach, so if I say you could save some money by doing it yourself (i.e. set tile), I guarantee I’ve done it myself.
Obviously, I love houses! And ultimately, I am determined to help people find homes that suit them and their individual needs. That’s what I’ve been passionate about since I earned my license in 2005.
Why I love the Twin Cities…
I’ve lived in the Twin Cities for 12 years: St. Paul to attend Macalester, and then Minneapolis. Currently, I live in the Bancroft neighborhood of South Minneapolis. One of the great things about Minneapolis/St. Paul is the diversity and prominence of shops and restaurants. I make an earnest attempt to set foot in every hole-in-the-wall establishment I run across, and I believe that my clients also deserve to hear about those experiences. So don’t be surprised if, among all the real estate stuff, I share a little about a bakery or bistro I found.
Really, the most I can say about myself is that you should meet me and make a decision for yourself. If that’s too forward, email me, and I’ll send you a list of references.
Regardless of the Realtor you choose to work with, good luck with your home search. I hope it’s a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
